The IP is OK ( 127.0.0.1 ) It's a local server
I didn't make any passwords in my SQL connection :p does that affect the server?
Re: databaseserver problem !
yep
You MUST write a password
Login= sa
Re: databaseserver problem !
Re: databaseserver problem !
I don't know what you saw, but you don't have to put login names or passwords in the INIs (IF you setup the ODBC correctly).
Re: databaseserver problem !
yep
i think the problem is not in the config files but in the mssql onfiguration or in the odbc...try toinstall mssql server 2008 r2 properly and check if your odbc is alright
Do you have read this post very carefull ? http://forum.ragezone.com/f724/v15-d...1/#post5687736
Dont forget to replace "SQL SERVER INSTANZNAME" by your instance name in the code to link your server.
Check in your odbc if you have enter the corect configuration.
so pm me to have a litle help i'll be free tomorow
Re: databaseserver problem !
Same problem with me also. Please help us regarding this error
http://i837.photobucket.com/albums/z...12/problem.png
I configured my .ini and script but i still had that error
I placed the correct localhost ip which is 127.0.0.1 and put the correct MSQL PASSWORD
Re: databaseserver problem !
To make things clearer:
"NOTE: This DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK, if you have problems with running the exe's at the end you need to change this to WINDOWS AUTHENTICATION."
Meaning that each of your ODBC's need to be reconfigured so that they're running on Windows Authentication.
Re: databaseserver problem !
i configured my ODBC correctly as what is instructed but still i got those errors
Re: databaseserver problem !
*FACEPALM* Have you tried running them as an Administrator?...
Re: databaseserver problem !

You really must have a password even though it's offline because it requires the access to the database.

Maybe you forgot to configure the location of the database on it's resource folder.
for example
C:/Program Files/Server Files/Resource
Re: databaseserver problem !
We verified every single thing but it still doesn't work

I can check it for you on Teamview if you wish. Let me know in a private message your ID and (if you have) password.
Good luck.
