[SOLVED]ECSRO files, C9 error

hey guys, sorry to bother you about this but i really need help... :*:

well now, i got everything working, i port forwarded the ports so my friend can connect, he used ipinput on his client and everything, but he still gets c9 error, any help or something that could work will be nice...

that's my settings, i have also made DEB for everything, and port forwarded everything too,

10.0.0.6 is the ip from the router,
my static ip is 67.165.106.52 from this website What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...

ports i forwarded are 15779, 15780, 15880, 15882, and 15885
all are detected except for 15780, idk why..

my windows is windows server 2008 standard

Fixed, the problem was from my router, i had 2 change it, for some reason it blocked some ports even tho it's forwarded

as i know C9 it's bad net maybe i'm not sure ,C8 Content ID at media,C7 gateway and agentserver not connected with each other (ini problem) i hate ecsro files anyway but re-do all steps again maybe you missed up somethin

I live in the US, my friend lives in the same content as I do, it cannot possibly be from the connection.

but maybe u r right in some way...

yeah maybe that's why i said re-do all steps again maybe you missed up something :D:
