1. text is good altough the windows is hard to read
2. the background is good
3. the render is badly abused, the stripes on it makes it bad, just duplicate the original render layer and change the layer options ...

and i use PSP7.4 to do all my stuff :) the lines and blur are ment

maybe u could use guassian blur then fade guassian blur and option to lighten... maybe that will make the text look better

I really dont understand why do people use ps 7...

its a mater of taste -_-

i like cs2 it has a much better GUI interface, my ctrl key doesnt work and i can still do different effects.

overall i give the background a 6.5/10 that windwos text is too shadowy, it hurts my eyes trying to read it, maybe change the color?
