[Help] sro_client and activate the Christmas tree

I would like to help edit a sro_client in order to put a stall 500b, can anyone help me with that? How do I edit it and do it!
And also like to know if you have some guide in order to activate the Christmas tree and infeites carnival

how can I do these two things? I'm looking for some way to do this.
