Unable to build command posts

Hello, so umm... this is more a question than a development thread. It's just unable to build a command posts during the fortress war. This bug already was in the vsro files? Because I have tried to use default _SiegeFortressStruct table and table from this topic: http://forum.ragezone.com/f722/relea...edited-794161/ and resul is the same. Maybe anyone have ideas where is the problem?
