Iweb problem

I have followed every post, guide, etc on the ragezone forums for a solution to my iweb problem and nothing has seemed to work. The problem I am having is that iweb is loading a blank white page. I have tried multiple links provided on these forums, i have renamed iweb to iweb.old and iweb.newest to iweb and still nothings working. I have tried re installing the server using all the most up to date files and still get a blank page. I have edited all necessary files stated in 343 and psytrac's post and still get a blank page. Is there anything I am missing? This is the only step I am missing to having my server set up the way i want it ( minus fully editing the gshop but thats easy ) someone please, if you have time, help me. I would really appreciate it and I am all brainwashed from troubleshooting this for 3 days now.

I understand your pain.
But I had the same issue with psytrac's release.
1. Make sure you are typing in the correct port for iweb, it's not always the same as pwadmin.
2. I'm really sorry I can't think of the exact solution..but add me on skype, I can try to help more directly.

Added, if i dont catch you before work maybe you can help me later on? I tried port 8080 and all i get is the blank pages.
