Well honestly I don't care what other people think of me, so I dress how I want to dress.
If I see a shirt or pair of pants I like, I'll buy them regardless of how I think it will look to others.
Afterall I'm buying the clothes for myself, not them haha
But then again, I want to present myself as a Clean, Tidy, Neat person, not a Dirty, Messy, Bum.

I think a person should dress how they want to dress as long as they are comfortable with themselves. Me personally, I am part of the community that doesn't care what people think of me and dress as how I am feeling in the morning. Of course there is one thing to be at home and another thing to be in a work environment, but if you are free to choose your style without effecting your working life then I believe people shouldn't mind going out in sweat pants and a white t-shirt once in awhile.
I used to care when I was at school, but now I couldn't give a shizz about what people think of me, I am who I am, I wear what I want.
i do care bout how i'm dressed especially if i'm out and about or out on business but i'm not going full-on "Patrick Bateman" on myself

No, and it does annoy me how people are always buying the latest things just to look good (when they don't) :(
I haven't cut my hair in 5 years, have never been to a gym, shave once a week and buy new clothes like once or twice a year.
if you care about what others think about you, you just prove not to have self-confidence. you can dress like you want as long as u be proud and feeling well on what you are, thats my motto.
i like to look good in my eyes, because i feel better. i would only dress anything that look better for others, if it looks better in my eyes too.

I dress like a hobo when I'm in home but when I go out, I always try to make myself look good.

There are days where i just throw on whatever is clean but I usually try to look somewhat decent when I'm out in public. No one has ever told me I dress badly so I must not be doing a terrible job. I've definitely developed my own unique style of clothing which some people like and others don't.
Very few people don't care, none of them are found here. Exceptions to the rule are people who are addicts etc, where the addiction controls their life.
How much people care obviously differs, but everyone cares somewhat. Basically if you can say no to all of these then you actually don't care.

-Do you care if you got holes in your shirt?
-Do you take any time at all to choose which shirt etc you want?
-If you got a date, do you try and look good?
-Do you care if everyone thinks you are retarded because of the cloths you wear?

Honestly I'm not like 90% of the rest of the World, always concerned with what others think and how I look.
I live my life how I want to live it, I'm not going to let the thoughts of other people decide on what Clothes I'm going to wear for the day, or how I'm going to brush my hair, or how I smell. If I want to go out looking fresh and clean, I'll do it. If I want to go out looking like I'm fresh out of the Dumpster, I'll do it. I could honestly give a care less what others think of my appearance, their opinion is of no relevance lol
I'm gonna be totally honest, I dress for the people that will look at me, people judge all the time whether you like it or not, they WILL judge you and sometimes it's sad but strangers will treat you in function of what impression you give to them. If a slut dresses as a slut, what are you gonna do, treat her like a goddamn slut.
My parents own 3 fashion stores for youngsters like me so I really have no problem is dressing.
I dunno, when I dress good I just feel good about myself, it's a lot more comfortable walking in the streets knowing you look good.
Well, people who spend time on make-up, clothes, accessories & value it more than their selves are lame, although it isn't bad, don't get me wrong. But people who do it day-by-day value shit more than people.
The only time I really dress up is if I'm going on a date, an event, party, or gonna hang out with chicks, otherwise.
