Re: I Need Your Answer Guyz.
sure, everytime you are about to end server on one PC make back up of all databases like MuOnline,Ranking,Event etc and transfer them to other PC,restore sql and if you use no-ip,log off with one pc and log-in with other pc so you wouldn't have to update clients for players everytime you switch host.
but if i was a player i would stay away from a server like this lol
Re: I Need Your Answer Guyz.
do you think if i open my server 24/7 should i encountered any problem?..i have i3 core machine..
Re: I Need Your Answer Guyz.
depends on many factors....is it notebook or PC,how good cpu cooling is,temperature in your room,do you play other games with your server machine while you host....i have hosted server for 1 month with my old i7 notebook in the summer and i had no problems.only after 2 weeks it got hotter than usual so i have putted small air-fan on my desk near notebook and everything was fine.
There shouldn't be any problems and you don't need to be so paranoid about breaking/overheating your machine,it won't be like you host server and 5 minutes later your pc is broken because it got overheated...
Windows and Intel chipset prevents from this and the worst can happen is your PC will turn off with warning that is too hot.
You can google your i3 max temperature and your video card max temeprature, than download program that shows how hot they are.
