How to Fix Bug stack warrior in ROW?

somebody help me for fix bug stack warrior..
they use skill bash & cease +bless or manashell for stack skill.. next use 1 hit for twice damage (bash&cease)
can give me solution pls..

its about the skill effect!

replace the effect skill with other server :)

effect skill just only effect the display.
but can stack again.. solution for skillscript.

u need edit cooldown skillscript at server n client

can't fix it.. i'm try to cooldown for longer n faster cooldown but same like before..
can bug stack.
