ok this is what happened took me about 8 hours to finish taking out all npcs items and replacing them with SOS in the db .. the server runs with no errors then i updated in media.pk2 :
-refpackageitem
-refpricepolicyofitem
-refscrapofpackageitem
-refshopgoods
updated both in db and media.pk2 , once i login none of the npcs have items ! even the stable and so on ... any idea
