well, a half decent cpu (at least 2ghz and 4 cores), at least 4GB of ram ( i'd suggest 8 - 16GB for the main server), about 250-500GB HDD (possibly a 80-120GB SSD for system and extra server boost although not required), a decent internet connection (min of 10mb/s although suggested 100mb/s uplink)
I will also suggest the windows 2008 r2 (Web or standard is good enough and cheap to get) as a server OS, but you can use windows 7, or XP (vista isn't that good) or any Server specific software.
Any more requirements you want to know just ask :)
And How many Gb Ram I Need To Support 20-50 Users Or less ? xD
My Proccesor is AMD Athlon(tm) Procesor LE-1640 2.61 GHZ ?
For 20-50 you don't need more than 4 gb ....
it is only for a VPS or dedicated, not a playing PC ...
' FOR developping, you will need AT last Core 2 Quad @ 2.33 or Core 2 Duo @ 2.66, the best way is to over clock it (that's what i'm doing)
3-4GB ram and a partition of 50-100GB of hdd to add your files / sources ...

You will always need a min of 2Gb of ram but that would be slow processing and laggy, so i would suggest a min of 4Gb, your processor will work fine for this :)
A server CPU should never be OVER CLOCKED whether you are running locally, or on a dedicated, CPU Overclocking is only good for increasing game speed, not reducing lag and connection problems, this plus the cpu will not last as long if it was overclocked, as overclocking produces more heat and requires more voltage to be run through the chip!Quote:
