2 channel server

is there anyone know how to make 2 channel server?
same as tantraph.,if yes please provide some guides.thanks

Don't quote me on this but, I assume it is something to do with the tantraparam.xml. And as an educated guess you would have to have multiple servers setup with their own public ip address. But, this is all just an educated guess.
