no material list npc editor?!

how come that i dont have a material list in my npc editor?
the rest works fine, only the material list not. :(:
when i hit the search button i get this error:

I dun exactly know the program you are using, but i could give you 2 advices, just to be at the safe side. Since you're using Win 7 make sure you run the program as administrator, this fixes a lot of problems. Secondly, make sure you have the newest .net framework. You can download that from Microsoft.

installed .net framework and i run as administrator and still the material problem
