I need to know how to enable the effects of carnival and Christmas silkroad!
someone could help me, telling where it can activate these events, I would love to put the Christmas tree ornaments and those carnival!
if someone knew how to do it, please let me know!

err i would guess you need other models, i dont think its as easy as turning a 0 to 1
means you need a client where those events are turned on already and extract the right models
(i dont know that for sure but i would guess so)
I do not know where to start, do not think any client with these two events ON!

as i said its not like activating it, you need to import other models
Just got a client with the carnival event on, looked in pk2 all and found nothing!
must have some txt file I do not know what, this shit to active event, the event has data.pk-xmas, plus how to turn, no one can help with some guidance, teaching how to activate these 2 events!
Please know that i post a guide!!!

try using the map.pk of one like rome and see if that works
