i made this gif for my mmorpg private server ranking, that will show top 1 player and to make it
work with my website, i have to convert gif to .swf and i am having troubles to find proper software that can do that for free without adding crappy watermarks.
anyone?

I doubt any "free" software will do that properly without a watermark. So search for a cracked one I guess. Or buy one.
or maybe someone who works with graphics a lot and have this kind of software already could help me out?
