well the first thing i see that is not ok for me, is that in your databases you don't have the Tantra DB.
In Tantra DB is where game have the tables to control Ranking and the table that Itemmall use to put the items inside the accounts, w/o that DB i don't think ranking and mall will work.

Now because you didnt show the tables in your databases i don't know if you have those tables in another DB (probably you have them in TantraGM), if so, then your problem may be in:
- zone setting file
- zone_Npc file (battle_Step tab)
those for the mall and for the ranking work your settings.ini on the sqldaemon must have same country as your zone setting.txt file, same for the DBsrv CountryID.txt
