I want to limit about talisman for equipment in Zhuxian, you guys know how to edit it. Please show me how to do if someone knows how to do. I want maximum of talisman of equipment is +9 instead of +20...

You're better off changing the refine bonuses from gears so that there is no effect after +9.
However, you need an elements editor to do this, and if you're using english files, it's impossible.
All this information is stored in your elements.data, and for this particular matter, it must register client & server side.
