[Help Please]Avater Problem

Hello Ragezoner, can you guys help me please with something, i use a database working perfect with me and its only database for jupiter that working with me. But only one problem i use media for it when i login in game avaters there i can buy some and some no i dont know what i have to do? need delete avaters not working but will take from me alot time to see everycode for every avater and i even dont know how to do it, can you help me with a short tutorial? and which tab i must look for enable it that not working avaters?i think my database dont have those avaters that i cant buy.
