Can some1 help me to setup s6Ep3 ?

i have Win7 Ultimate 64x
SQL Eval 2000

the problem is when i run certain things, it gives me errors.

for example i run TitansLinker, it opens, asks me for firewall exeption and then closes.

Pls i would like if somebody could help me in teamviewer.

its cus u have 64x change to 32x and u wont have that many problems ?
