How to translate the version 1.21???

Plz, help me to translate the version 1.21. Where i change the files? Plz help me. (I dont need translate to English, i need translate for portuguese).

I know that translations must be made in gt.ull (client side)
But still...i've never found a real good editor for it....
There is an ULL encoder/decoder from ull to txt, then txt to ull..
but editing it...can make your game bug (game dont start..)
But i dont really know how a ull works exactly..

It was in the tools released with the server 1.21 from Akaruz.

But take it here if you dont have it

Anyway, if you got any informations about editing servers (Creating Clans...XP rate, Pet XP rate...etc) please share ^^

you can teach to me step by step as to translate the game? PLease.
