I'd like something like this, but for Home | Nipissing University (Nipissing University). Is anyone able to do it? Maybe a nice blue background, with some texture to it (be creative). I don't need the "future student" part though, maybe just the University's name there.

Just to also add on: I much prefer mucski's texture, it's just that billy's color over it is better. However billy's logo and text also beats it. But maybe if you could kind of use mucski's texture.
NubPro, some schools have multiple logos. They each just chose a different one. :)
