RevCMS 3.0 [BETA, MVC, R63, PHP] (Leaked)
Hello,
Since RevCMS 1.X and further are fully working and there are less and less bugs to fix, I've decided the time has come to do a complete rewrite of RevCMS, this means that I will not work on RevCMS 1.X anymore and just spend all my free time with RevCMS 3.0
RevCMS 3.0 is a lot different from older versions, besides the template system, which I found very user-friendly and easy to use, thus I decided not to code another one. Although I have made it very handy and a lot more flexible.
A few things that matter to point out..
What the common user cares about
Modern, neat and dynamic code
Extremely fast
Very secure
Easy to use and set up
Pretty URLs
Amazingly flexible
Support for multiple and custom skins
Compatible with multiple databases
Automatic database backups.
Language system
Professional and efficient housekeeping
ErrorLog file to find the internal errors easily, can be viewed in the HK.
Fully documented
What the programmers care about
Object-Oriented PHP
Using the MVC pattern/architecture
Multiple database drivers ( MySQLi, PDO_MySQL, MySQL )
Using the most modern and handy techniques of PHP
A variety of class libraries from you can choose from to add your own mix into the CMS
User-created helpers
Benchmarking
Page caching
Taking the template system to a whole new level flexibility-wise
Original, fast configuration.
What everyone cares about
It's open source and free!
So, that's RevCMS 3.0, it is really the result of everything I've learned from RevCMS 0.9 to RevCMS 1.9.9 and since.
I'm creating this in the effort of expanding my knowledge, and so far, so good.
I want to note, that this project will not be finished very fast, since school is starting and everything, but I will try to work on it as much as I can, but I will not be pressured nor will I push myself too hard, else it loses the fun of it all.

Ash, remove this, it's far from complete and no Rev (product) is allowed to be posted here.

I don't see that in the rules?!?!
Nice release and the source looks stellar! Pretty close to how Zend's framework is..

Of course, it's not ragezones rules, but it's the rules of the developer.
If any of yous had any respect, you would remove this. I thought you was against the shit community Cobe, stop being childish over a fight you had with the developer.
Seriously, don't destroy the decent developers we have.

I'll take some codes out of it for my ubercms.

I'm not going to bend the rules for anyone. If someone is released here and it doesn't go against any rules I'm not going to remove it..
You also just contradicted yourself. You say the decent developers we have.. But you also say no Rev product would be released on RaGEZONE.. He wasn't going to release it here anyways, how is this worsening the community?

Well, unfortunately for Team Rev this sort of thing is allowed here so Makarov not removing it has nothing to do with a dispute him and Kryptos had :)

Go ahead, it's just what Dom said, Spoon feed away.
I don't know what you're worried about... Honestly I think it's far too complicated for most people including myself to understand and a lot of hotel owners would want to modify their CMS before using it and if they don't know where to start they will just stick to Uber or RevCMS 1.
Even with this leak I can't see a ton of hotels using it. Maybe the odd 1 or 2.

You're probably right. People could actually learn from this and hope to be as good a PHP developer as Kryptos is!

Re: RevCMS 3.0 [BETA, MVC, R63, PHP] (Leaked)
I like the CMS, but the reason I am not using it is because of the 'leaked' part in the title.
Leaking is such an unrespectfull thing. Why would we leak? Why not just be patient and wait for release at *******.com?
I can't stand leakers.
