In 1 second

hi all sorry for this question but something happened wrong in 1 sec ... i opened port 80 and 81 after i changed mainconfig port in server files from 30001 to 81 and it's ok

it was working for me very fine also my no-ip worked fine and my server worked fine and then changed config.pk x-late into my ip and ppl Could join it
but in the Second Day After i opened the server and lots of ppl joinied it
some ppl told me they can not join the server and i open the client / start.bat
and then enterd the server i found it is offline although everything is opened .. i thought that it port closed and i tried my no-ip site to check if it works or nah
i found http://championsv1-kal.no-ip.info/ some mins work then stop then work then stop
i had gone crazy .. and now it do not work ... some 1 know how to fix please tell me !

in case your internet doesnt work that means your being ddosed. if just no-ip stoped work that means you did somthign wrong at settings.

everything had been Stopped ... i reseted db and everything worked again <ABout the Internet> it was off
and now im trying to Delete ports and reopen them again !
