i tihnk it includes webshop idk about vote system but u can search "vote reward system in release section"

Ok son, this is the moment that you must read carefully and follow or else you are screwed.
When you download MuCore, it should include webshop module, if it doesn't then download it from here
After extracting the files to your main directory, go to your admincp, and under "Modules Management [Site]", click "Add Module", then chose "[PHP File Module]".
Module title : Webshop, Module Active : Yes, Module PHP File : webshop.php. Then "Add Module".
Then under "Modules Management [Site]", click "Add Page", chose "[Built-in Page]", Page Title : Webshop, Page ID : webshop, Display Order : 11 (chose it self lol), Page Active : yes, SQL Connection : yes, Page Authentication : yes, Page Hide : no.
Scroll down then you see "Inactive Modules", drag Webshop module to "Center Column" and then "Add Page".
Then go to your site and you will be like :
