This actually is kinda amazing design, i can say right away that this is like 20x better than any of your last designs, you should just change 1 thing.
If you look at the forum, you see that every edge is rounded, but that Forum Title's box edges are really sharp, you should make it rounded too, because now it looks kinda dumb, when it's the only thing that has sharp edges o_O

Huge folders , you missed both the mini menu and the breadcrumbs. Before you try designing something impossible to code , please consult vBulletin manual and template tutorials.

Question,
After looking at the design I noticed one clear thing. You did not create the search bar and settings button. Now do not get me wrong this is not an issue even professional web designers dont always make every aspect and will use pre created content. The question is why did you not use the same layer style on the navigation bar and your profile and logout button.
Another thing I noticed was the fact you did not fully decide on your design. The button edge changes to drastically from the logout to the settings making them to noticeable and breaks the fluid design
Also work on sizing as having post icons 100+ pixels large and the rest of the content and icons at 20pixels really does not work well.
well the search and setings i wanted the icons frome them beacouse i dont have that shapes but decided to add them and about the log out and profile i wanted like this to stand out.. the folder icons well they can be resized by html no ?:)
You've got some great potential.
How do I know it ?
Judging by the style you've applied and by the positioning of the elements ( Mostly, the header ones.)
You've got something in there, something that wants to pop-out.
With all the honestity, it looks like crap. ( Mainly talking about the content.. sorry, it's just my thought on it.)
But, I can see a big future for you, if you train hard on this, I see that you apply current and futuristic styles and positioning..which is great !
You've got to study and train harder, that's the only way!
