u cant use localhost ip use ur machine ip

I'm changed localhost ip to IPv4 but same problem !

show certifcation print after change
@edit
go to Certification (folder)/bin/ini/ > srNodeType.ini
change 127.0.0.1 to ur ipv4
back to Certification (folder)/bin > and double click 2-compile.bat
restart the Certification and try...

hmm. go computer> Properties > advanced settings > Advanced > Settings > Data Execution Prevention add all .exe gs machine etc.
