FTP Problem

because in my pc if you open the FTP and other PC NO

Disable the firewall and if you open any computer

and

enable the firewall and not open ftp

and open port 1447 TCP / UDP in the firewall and same problem.

Idk what you are saying but.. if you have fillezilla, just go to your firewall settings and add fillezilla.exe to your ALLOWED programs list. and the port is 21 or 31, or wte the port you assigned for it. not 1447 >.<

Now port open in the firewall and Change to 21

After port:

and change the port from 1447 to 21
