Its archived because its dead.
The only development for Conquer nowadays is bots. Qonquer opened back up but they won't be releasing their files.
Requirements for a new section are considerable activity in the MMORPG Extra section, and at least one complete set of workable files if I'm not mistaken.
So... without links to those, it wouldn't happen. If you found links, they would probably be in the archive Darky posted. ^_^ (just for future reference really)
