Phoenix Php Edit need help!

Hello Nevara here can someone pls make me a Phoenix php edit! i want it like habboon but the designs are different i want the designs more like dragon style and it has to be compatible to phoenix 3.7.1 and Phoenix 3.8.0 and there mas be a page for the hotel forums and a page for Rare values and the home page should have facebook fanpage like box as well as twitter and there mas be chat box there all so .... can someone pls pls help me! pls pls!!:*::(:
