Hello friends, I left on my server a stone giving +20 constitution, but many are already using the +20 cons in equipment and I want to put it up to +15 cons ... but is having disagreements, because I threw the stone at +15 and nobody wants to put it, how to made the players equips the +15 stone of constituition without ban players, but, editing data? in other words, how to make the stones already equipped giving 20 constituition give 15 of constituition?
Wipe your server and edit every non-wanted things before making your new server!
Romulan, it has happened in PW Devastation and had no need for wipe.
Here is how I would do it though I haven't tested it.
I would duplicate the +20 and change it to +15. I would then either delete the +20 stone from elements or put it in the list of removed items which I think is in gs.conf but not sure. This will remove all +20 from everything except gear.
Next I would clone the gear they use. I'm guessing everyone is using the same set of gear? Then I would change their old gear to a token of some sort and make and NPC where you can trade the token for new empty gear. If they are using something like the nirvana gear however then they wont have the same stats most likely.
Anyway just an idea.
