Contact your hoster and reset it
(WOW again what a bunch of information to work with...)

Ok, I'll stop with the results now, but, that is just to show you all the help/responses you would have gotten had you typed "Linux forgot root password" into google!
Ehh its hosted at my house and i lost the winscp password x.x idk if those would work @343
winscp password is the ROOT or other user password of the PC. if you can get access in ANY way, that is how you can reset it
That's the thing i lost @Psytrac i lost it.
use the user acct and sudo -i then
nvm i got a dedi everything is done lol big thanks for trying guys :D
Delete this it was useless.

Yeah the problem was how to get my password back from root was hosted at my house i got a dedi now i don't think there is any way to get roots passwd from ur own roots lol
