[Help] How do I implement add-ons?

So I'm creating a Gms-like Maplestory v83 private server and I want to add as many features as possible, so I searched for some Add-ons but I have no idea how I can add them into the server.

You follow what the guide says....

I can't find server.Events.BalrogPQ.

Do I need to add the js file myself?

try searching it on your whole computer, if you cant find it you prob have to make one yourself
