Bug Atk.speed With enchanted weapon

i will have 1500+ atk.sp if i have dual samurai +30
and i have 1150 atk.sp if i have dual samurai +12

this is the big error and player so easy to kill raidboss and drop item A. S

the same error atk.sp with skill Haste and BerserkerSpirit

Somebody can fix this bug

lol lower enchant success rate now... or wait l2j dev team fix that, don't spam here...
