My server offline Please help me

Please every one help me

1: my server was working fine
2: i update my Motherboard bios
3: server does not want to work !!

if i tray start GlobalManager don't work ?!

4: i restore Windows ghost image i was take it last time..and GlobalManagerr don't work don't work too
5: i restore all files server (GlobalManagerr - Data - Gameserver - MachineManager) from other Hard Disk.

and still problem ?! Globalmanger dont work ?!

i got crazy :(

I've got something strange
if i tray to open any launcher for any pserver opens and appears and disappears quickly ?!
And the same thing for the Korean silkroad ?!
this is Virus or what ?
