Registration script help

So, I'm using the registration script from Here. I'm pretty sure i set up everything right but i get the error: "500 - Internal server error." I'm pretty sure this is a PHP error (needs Confirmation)

I am using an Mssql supported version of php (5.2.17)+IIS7.0 And i'm pretty sure I set it up right.

the missing apostrophe was my fault from editing the user/pass and stuff, Um I added that, I see no difference in the error, http://siestaonline.servegame.com/register_do.php
Like i said before i don't know php that well so I have no idea if where that error should be shown (making an assumption). I'm pretty sure I just set php up wrong. Is there anything else you suggest or, I am doing wrong.

Ok, now for another problem with the script. Currently it works(registers everything to databases correctly) I am trying to add in some javascript code which will make it pause for a bit, and then redirect to the homepage. I also want it to display a page before it redirects back to homepage.
