New Header.php for Phoenix

Hello ragezone,

This is my first release for Ragezone and for Phoenix.
It's a new menu style. Why? I don't like the default menu and I've coded one for myself.

Uhm. It's okay but the font is too big.
And btw if it is for PhoenixPHP you can always use it for another CMS. Just copy the .css and the images folder.
