[Help] EP3 Server

I'm bored with this pierce / def stuff, new infinity weaps etc etc. And setting up server is complicated for me. So, why not someone set up EP3 server ? And keep Happy Hours low ( like %300 - 400) to increase servers quality. This is just an idea. But if you set up server like that ( or if there is any) please post under this.
