Fake? I don't think this console is real.
Seeing as liuguichen is the one supplying the files, and has full source (for the GS atleast), it would not be hard at all for them to produce such a panel.
I do think that the source has been secretly leaked ;)
And what they're doing is just like hanging a piece of meat above a hungry man =))
liuguichen is the name of a PW Beijing developer, a new GM console was recently added into PW china and can be viewed but not used using hacks.

Image was edited by Paint.NET v3.5.10 and was done poorly seeing as the bottom left corner does not share the same background intensity. There also seems to be alot of odd overlapping of lettering, and seeing as each letter is not assigned a z-value...well normally the lettering is either cut off or extends the button etc.

which version of the server and the name of the NPC?
Not too bad, i must admit i have seen similar works achieve even in 136 using directx hocks.
I personally just find it funny that the people implemented that panel have no idea what they are doing as they have not managed to localise the language from english/chinese to fit the Russian server it is currently employed on.
It will be more interesting when we have server files that supports all the functions..
