This is not being negative but learning english is very usefull.
Also trying urself is to improve ur experience in server developement you shouldn't come here and ask someone to do this for u, and basically they would ask money and some even scam u so I wouldn't do it.
But here are trough people, they are friendly and help their people.
why wud an IT company want to host a private server .__.
