Register Problem (DETAILED)

Hey. I made my server, Followed the guide and everything but when I try to register, it says something like "Account Server Offline".

I tried both databases
Pokenetdb_Blank
And The pokenet-dump

I have all my ports forwarded.
Idk if I'm supposed to use specific names but I used

And for the Server Console
I have everything filled in.

But for the client Settings.txt files idk the format

Java works fine for me. Maybe it's the client? Something with Mysql? (I have version 5.0).

EDIT: NEVER MIND!!!! Everything works fine. Turns out I put in the wrong MySql Password. If anyone needs help, I can Team Viewer. I know how to do everything. Just pm me :D.
