Help Trade, dating in server and client 1.4.5

Already tried here in the forum for trade, by setting GS and nothing in the game when I try to pass any item to someone not the system leaves the LOCK button does not work and this error keeps popping up (the field of the item of a group can not hold items negotiated. please clear the field of the first item.)

already looked into all the server settings in i tried pwadmin and in iweb and nothing. so that was missing for me to launch the server.
