[Help] Locator.exe (1.5)

When I open locator.exe it will start, but there's nothing in it.
I configured the database, locator.ini and ODBC, also opened my ports and added it to exception list in my firewall (firewall is also disabled)

show logs if any or post .ini

I had the same problem, try using this in your locator.ini:
