in hrace server u can edit in iweb or pwadmin but i think there is no XML and you need sELedit tool to open elements.data
for client just add ur publish ip to ur client in pwclient/element/userdata/server/serverlist to register the account look in server var\www\pw\register

There's your first problem, why would you use a NPC editor to open ELEMENTS ??? Wouldn't you think you should open ELEMENTS with an ELEMENTS editor, and that a NPC editor opens a NPCGEN ???

Well thank you all for the help escpecially "gost0" but since I didn't get fast the answers:P: and I saw that it is very hard making the server, I have stopped the developing.

thats so sad...indeed sad..i started same as u and i dont remeber to ask for much help..if u search u can fiind anything man , quiting it shows that u dont belive in youreself that u can do it, just sayin...

Well, I would like to do this for me but I think I need more Ram for this. That's the reason I stopped. My system using the 50% of the Ram and I need to use less. So if you know something more from me tell me:D

well when i first started i had same problems with rams...till i upgraded my comps ram to 4gb...still low but i could work with no problems.
1 of the fixes for me with low rams was to use fake swap rams , if u dont know , when ur machine runs out of rams keeps only a low ammount of real rams and starts using swap rams , but there are risks too , i managed to add 32gb fake swap rams from 2gb real rams , but idk why the system like auto destroyed himself...but u can add like 5-7gb fake swap rams with no problem , worked for me , if ur bandwidith is low ur server will lagg if public , but sometimes ur machine will lagg soo much that u wont be able to use it , u cant do anything if ur map crashes u gotta restart the machine , and also u may have a chances for ur machine to stop working...

Never use more than a 1:1 ratio of RAM:SWAP
If you only have 1GB of RAM you should never use more than 1GB of swap, if you have 8GB of ram you should never use more than 8GB swap...
Ram is cheap as shit now-a-days anyway...

Ok thanks for your help but I still don't know how to get that fake rams. And by the way I have 4GB of Ram. And your idea to help me set up the server from teamviewer looks good for me and I would like you to help me but first I have to solve the problem with the Ram. So explain me how can I get that fake Rams.:D

Well I changed yesterday my motherboard and it costed 1000 Euro cause it it i7. And I don't think now my parents be happy if I ask them for Ram upgrade too. :):

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FAKE RAM //FACEPALM
I would ask them anyway only because it never hurts to ask. If they say no, GO MOW SOME LAWNS OR SOMETHING @.@
RAM is super cheap right now. I just bought 32GB of DDR3 for my latest build for about $300

Well you were right:D I asked them and I will buy the hightest Ram possible for my computer. DDR3 8Gb! I don't remember the other stats. Anyway thanks for telling my ask them and tell me if this Ram is enough.
