2. Which command should i use to get buffs from other gears, i mean if im mg which command should i use to get bg buffs or ig buffs :)

-make yourself as admin to view to skill number item
-go to db a search the item (skill)
-change the destparam and paramvalue to what you want
-done

-you can't there is no command
-try to add with db using the table td_storeskill
-done
Update Q2:
Learn all skill from ur current char then
Go to table td_Character.. Then ur Char. look at Unitkind( 1 for BG. 16 for MG. 256 for AG . 4096 for IG)
Log out of the game first. then go back to database. change UnitKind to other Gear . then login to game
learn ur new skill, that is easy think u can get it done

Or u can find in ti_Item number for [All gears]. Because some items can by use by all gears. You can copy that number and paste it in unit kind :D If you do it you can't off? your armor in game because you don't have correct? gear and you will be missile :D
But it doesn't matter what way you chose. you can't have all skills because some skills cover? others skills from others gears :D
If you want have all skills you must change their [ItemNumber].
