I like it. Pretty good and since it's based on photography, the site matches the "Genre" or subject (don't know a better term). I like the logo the most though, the vivid purple colour on the O's are great.

That's excellent.
That's given me so many ideas as to improve on my Project for my Diploma of Web Development. :)
We're just dwelling into CMS creation and jQuery now, and the design is so "minimalistic" and clean.

Love it. I want to get a proper web design for my website once I get some money rolling from my business. A well designed and layed out website gives a better impression and then creates more interest.

All I can say is I dont see how it would work well as a website as you would need to scroll, and would change the feeling of the image on the background

As I've said before, great job Zeaos. I'll extend on what I said earlier since I was pretty tired. Another thing I absolutely love are the picture preview box things (under the ''about photography'' thing), it adds a professional.. I don't know.. atmosphere? I also like the transparency of the rectangular object containing the pages etc.. That also makes it look great.

Unique ? Na.
Almost every Photography website I have seen looks like that.

I'd just recommend doing some JS and jQuery movements here and there (Think of fade-in/fade-out effects.)
Detail is God, but keep it simple.

Also, if you have some cash, I'd suggest getting Geogrotesque.. or try BEBAS Neue on there.
BEBAS is free, and it looks great..you should try it !:)

Just checked the thread again and I saw that the Logo have the same lens in both "O" I think the logo would get better without 1 of them ;)

Excellent in my opinion. I love the left container that has a lower opacity because the color of it with the background's high quality just has the best contrast. The navigation and thumbnails was crisp and sleek. Really good

its beautiful , some additional textures to the background and sidebars would be even nicer
