Web problem

i have downloaded the latest "simple black web" in release section..
always when i try to enter the web its allways some weird bug at line 8
at config. php

can someone show me how i am seposed to fill that config text?
i already put my host + sql name + pass but nothing happed
how im seposed to fill it?
