Its like the valentines hopper, it has to be coded into the emulator

The gate_of_eternity is a teleporter, maybe you can fix it with:

how the hell did you get them all to work?

You can build a new furni and use the images from this swf or you can openup this swf and 'convert' it to an normal furni by editing the code
Or he's using an emulator of his own where he build-in support 4 this furniture

Would be nice if they where at least normal teleporters :)
