3 what :S ? lol it is just 5~10 mins , u just need Special Html's to add to e.pk and u need the teleports and it's coordinates to add into Server files / Config / quests.txt , and u need to add npc with right coordinates in initinpc to see the teleporter , and also u need to add some gooD hypertexts !
