1. The wallpaper doesn't flow, they are just pictures put together like tables.
2. I don't see any background
3. text isn't blended so good
hints:
make the wallpaper flow, this can be done by adding a background and removing or fade the pictures together, and get rid of the gradient ;) also change font
4/10....as said b4..its just some pics and text put together...

PS: Linkin it's not my thing, personally I give it a 4/10 cause I don't like it. For someone who likes that kinda thing then its 10/10 as long as it serves it's purpose does it matter?
