[Help] ID is already logged in or under inspection.Lithium Source

I did everything finally and run the server, I run the client as administator and did everything under the guide, my source is Lithium v111 and here is the batch file for Launch.bat.Attachment 110524 . I did everything as follows, setting the LoggedIn, but it is already 0. Then I created other accounts to try on, but to avail. I also used CypeCMS to try to unstuck it, nothing changed, anyone can please give me a helping hand?Attachment 110526 I keep getting this and I CANT LOG IN!!! I cant find the error!! Please help, this is my first time, I have teamviewer and skype. If you are willing to help me, I can tell you my info.

Log on SQL account logged in change it to 0 apply=profit
